It’s Spring! Time to throw open the door and head outside! To fish and tromp through the woods and work in the garden! Which also means it’s the perfect time to attend to our tight shoulders, soften our hips and hamstrings, and release the ache in our low backs. Join Catskills Yoga House owner Sara Beck for a deeply restorative experience involving gentle yoga and therapeutic movement designed to stretch the body and relax the nervous system. This 75 minute class is open to all levels – no yoga experience necessary! – and will culminate in a short walk to the studio’s creek/swimming hole where students can stick their feet in the beautiful Stony Clove and will be guided in a short meditation. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to buy a studio class card for a discounted rate.
