The Catskill Mountain News, published weekly since 1863, is the flagship publication for news and information in the Central Catskills region.

The newspaper, delivered to retail newsstands, hotels and post offices every Wednesday, offers exclusive stories, about the people and events on the Rt. 28 corridor between Kingston and Oneonta, as well as the Rt. 30 and Rt. 23 corridors from Downsville to Grand Gorge, Prattsville to Davenport.  The paid circulation base provides advertisers with a consistent audience of local residents, second homeowners and transient tourists in the area.

The entire content of the Catskill Mountain News is published weekly on its website, which also offers news and information as it happens as does the publisher’s Facebook page.

Special publications produced monthly, address the needs of specific target audiences and programs offered by organizations and communities throughout the region.  Among these are Bridal Guide, Catskills Trout Tales, Dining Guide, Summer and Winter Previews, Bovina Farm Day and Salute to Firefighters.
